Rescheduling: Students who need to reschedule their class must provide notification to Steve's Firearm Instruction via email or phone at least seven days prior to the day of class. Requests to reschedule with less than seven days notice are considered on a case-by-case basis. Only one reschedule is permitted per student.

No Shows: Students who do not show up to their scheduled class without notice cannot receive a refund. Rescheduling is not permitted for no shows.

Cancellations: To receive a refund, provide notification to Steve's Firearm Instruction via email or phone at least seven days prior to the day of class. Refunds are subject to a $40 cancellation fee.

Private Classes/Training: All private classes/training must be paid for in full at the time of registration.

All information requested is used to generate a certificate signifying your completion of the selected course. Information provided by you is not sold or shared for advertising or promotional purposes.
